Following the decision of Robert Baissac, CEO of TPC, to retire in January 2020, after 20 years in this position, the Board of TPC has chosen to appoint Marius Jacobs as the next CEO as from February 2020.
 

A South-African national, Marius joined TPC in January 2009 as Finance Executive Officer taking responsibility for the Finance, Procurement & Stores and Audit sections of the company. With his strong financial background and more than 10 years of senior management experience at TPC, he is ideally placed to take on this new leadership role.

Marius qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1997 whilst working for EY. He spent the next chapter of his life in Johannesburg working for a variety of American multinationals in the FMCG sector.
